My hometown is… Millersburg, Mo., but I live in Lake Saint Louis, Mo.
The thing I love most about my job is… the interaction with customers. I am a people person and have enjoyed getting to know my customers and welcome new customers.
The best customer interaction I’ve had was… meeting customers face to face. When you can make a connection with a customer in person, the relationship strengthens.
When I’m not working, I love to… spend time with my children and grandchildren.
My favorite food is… chocolate.
