Yearbook Customer Service – Brookfield, Missouri
I am a brand-new Customer Service Representative in the Brookfield facility. I am a liaison between the customer and the sales representative during the process of ordering and producing yearbooks across the country. At this time, I have worked at this company and in the industry for two days.
I desired to return to the office environment and learn something new and interesting such as book/yearbook printing. So far, I have enjoyed learning and working with my fellow coworkers about this new job.
If I had a personalized coffee mug at work, it would probably say “If you can read this, I need more coffee!”
I come to work every day because I am excited to become a part of the team here and learn everything I need to know so I can do a great job.
A fun fact about me is I was voted in high school “Most likely to secretly be a mermaid.”
I have a six-year-old black lab, Ahri Calamari, and she is my baby for now!
For fun, I like to walk, cook and bake new recipes, and watch Law and Order or Gordon Ramsay shows.
I believe Walsworth will provide a more stable and professional work environment than my previous company. I am excited to see all the positive changes that will bring in my life.
To give back to the community, I have donated food to the local food pantry as well as private donations to families in the area.
One thing that I will always remember about working here is how I enjoyed the social event in Overland Park where I met some of my new sales reps and spent time with my supervisor and trainer.
