Customer Service Representative, Brookfield, MO

I am a customer service representative in Brookfield, Missouri. I work diligently with my reps, advisers and students to ensure that all needs and wants are met when it comes to producing their yearbooks.

I have also worked in the South Plant in the bindery, press and cover departments. Having the knowledge of the South Plant is such a blessing in disguise. I have worked in the customer service field for a little over four months. I worked in the South Plant for a total of three years combined!

This is truthfully the best job I could have imagined myself having! It is fun, exciting and stressful all at the same time.

I came to Walsworth because they offer great benefits and they are very family-oriented. Having that in my place of employment is so important to me.

The thing I love most about my job is the relationships I have made with my coworkers. Every day I come in here, I spend 8 hours with my coworkers, they are my second family. We vent to each other, we work so well together. This is a team effort.

My personalized coffee mug would say: “As long as everything is exactly the way I want it, I am totally flexible.”

A fun fact about me is I can say the alphabet backward.

I have been blessed with two children of my own and two bonus children. My boyfriend James and I are welcoming our final baby in September. We have two dogs; Petey and Rusty.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I recently went hunting for the first time EVER! What a blast! We are die-hard Chiefs fans. I love to beat my boyfriend in a game of chess any chance I get to! He doesn’t lose often, but when he does, I don’t let him forget it.
