Customer Service Representative, Brookfield
I am a yearbook customer service representative, and this is my first position at Walsworth. I have worked at Walsworth for a year and just over 2 months.
A typical day at work involves talking with my sales reps and their advisers to help answer yearbook-related questions. I also help troubleshoot any issues they may be having.
I was interested in joining the Walsworth team because I was a yearbook editor for my school yearbook when I was in high school.
My favorite part of my job is following the yearbooks through the printing process from start to finish. I love knowing that I have built a connection with my reps and customers and they need my help.
If I had a personalized coffee mug at work, it would say “Live every day to its fullest.”
A fun fact about me is that I am the youngest CSR in the Brookfield location!
I am married to my high school sweetheart and I am a new mom (my son will be six months old on November 20). We also have two dogs; Boomer and Goldie
Outside of work, I enjoy relaxing with my family, baking/cooking, or planning events!
One thing that I will always remember about working here is building such strong friendships with the people I work with.
