What happened?
On October 10, 2018, the United States Postal Service (USPS) filed notice with the Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC) of price changes slated to take effect January 27, 2019. The PRC approved the request on November 13, 2018 with minor adjustments.
What are the approved rate changes?
Postage rates will be modified as follows:

Bound Printed Matter | Single-Piece Flats | 1.56% |
Bound Printed Matter | Single-Piece Parcels | 1.65% |
