On Jan. 1, 2025, Walsworth acquired Documation, a printing facility in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, and brought it into the Walsworth brand. Documation was founded in 1994, and for the last three decades, the company has offered print on demand services, utilizing digital inkjet printing technology to serve its customer base.
Documation will be renamed Walsworth – Eau Claire, and will be Walsworth’s eighth facility, joining the company’s locations in Marceline, Brookfield and Fulton, Missouri; Overland Park, Kansas; Saint Joseph, Michigan; and Ripon, Wisconsin. Below is a letter written by Brad Stuckert, CEO and Owner of Documation, to his company’s customers.
I am pleased to announce that Walsworth, a family-owned printer headquartered in Marceline, Missouri, will acquire Documation on Jan. 1, 2025.
Since 1994, Documation has served the printing needs of this community and beyond. Our team and our customers have made us the world-class commercial printer we are today, and it has been my pleasure to lead the company over the last 12 years.
In January, a new chapter in our history will begin.
We have come to know the Walsworth family and leadership team over the last decade. Throughout this time, their integrity, honesty and compassion for their employees and customers were evident. When evaluating who to partner with, we felt comfortable choosing Walsworth because we believe they will take care of our team and our customers. It’s just who they are.
Documation will remain open as usual, and our facility will be renamed Walsworth – Eau Claire over the next several months. Please continue to interact with your Documation key contact(s).
We are excited about this new opportunity for the Documation family to join the Walsworth family. I have no doubt that you will continue to receive the support, service and quality you have come to expect. This change will ensure you are supported for many years to come.
Thank you for being part of our success.
Sincerely,
Brad Stuckert
Owner & CEO
