I have worked in the printing business my whole adult life. I started by working as a typist for a calendar company in Marceline for 10 years. Then, I moved on to Herff Jones and worked there for 15 years. The Herff Jones plant closed and with my printing experience, I knew Walsworth was the place to go.

I’m in year 15 of working at Walsworth. I worked four years in Premedia, then after 11 years, I moved to a new department that makes digital apps to go along with our commercial print jobs.

My office is in the Brookfield plant, but our team is in Michigan. We work with the CSRs and customers from Ripon, Fulton, Saint Joseph and Marceline.

I really like what I am doing. Not many people know exactly what we do. We don’t really have the busy rush season like yearbook; our work is very steady with commercial print deadlines going along with our app deadlines.

My personalized coffee mug would say: “Be the reason someone smiles today.”

I am the proud owner of one cat, Gizmo, who is 18 years old!

A fun fact about me is I love the Kansas City Chiefs!

I recently served eight years on the Brookfield Parks and Rec board. I enjoyed helping with events for the kids and seeing them enjoy all the hard work we put in.
